Blackhorse Road entrance – The Blackhorse Road entrance to the booking hall is on the level, buy you must use one flight of stairs from the Forest Road entrance (7 steps up), or two flights of stairs from the car park entrance (2x9 steps up). After that you can use an escalator down to the Victoria line platforms, but you must use two flights of stairs to the London Overground platforms (13 steps down +12 steps down)
Changing trains at King’s Cross St. Pancras – There’s a lift when changing between the platforms
Changing trains at Whitechapel – You can use escalators from the Elizbeth line, and lifts from all the other platforms
Shadwell exit – There’s a lift between the DLR platforms and the exit (or 3x16 steps down), but you must use a lift plus two flights of stairs between the London Overground platforms and the exit (15 steps up +7 steps up)

Changing trains at Bank – Changing between the Central and DLR platforms involves a lift plus escalator. Changing between the W&C line and any other platform involves a lift, an escalator plus a long travelator. You must use stairs when changing trains from the Northern line to any other platform

Blackhorse Road exit – You can use an escalator from the Victoria line platforms to the booking hall, but you must use two flights of stairs from the London Overground platforms (12 steps up +13 steps up). For Oyster and contactless off-peak is outside the hours of 6.30 AM-9.30 AM and 4 PM-7 PM (Mon-Fri). For travelcards it’s any time after 9.30 AM (Mon-Fri). Weekends are always classed as off-peak.
The fare is based on what time your journey begins. It doesn’t matter when it ends.
