Bethnal Green entrance – You must use an escalator and two flights of stairs between the Bethnal Green Road entrance and the platforms (20 steps down +8 steps down), or an escalator and two flights of stairs between the Roman Road entrance and the platforms (19 steps down +7 steps down), or an escalator and two flights of stairs between the Cambridge Heath Road west entrance and the platforms (18 steps down +8 steps down), or an escalator and three flights of stairs between the Cambridge Heath Road east entrance and the platforms (10 steps down +11 steps down +5 steps down)

Changing trains at Bank – Changing between the Central and DLR platforms involves a lift plus escalator. Changing between the W&C line and any other platform involves a lift, an escalator plus a long travelator. You must use stairs when changing trains from the Northern line to any other platform

Crossharbour exit – There’s a lift between the platforms and the exit. If you want to avoid the lift then you can use two flights of stairs (2x16 steps down)
