Changing trains at Bond Street – You can use a lift when changing between the Central and Jubilee line platforms

Holland Park exit – You must use a lift plus one flight of stairs from the platforms to the Lansdown Road exit (21 steps up). If you want to avoid the lift then you can use another two flights of stairs (3 steps up +15 steps up). But you must use seven flights of stairs to the Holland Park Avenue exit (20 steps up +3 steps up +16 steps up +10 steps up +2x15 steps up +16 steps up)
