If you want to avoid the lift then you can use an escalator from the London Overground platforms, or two escalators from the Jubilee line platforms. After that you can use another lift from the booking hall to the bus station exit (or three flights of stairs: 11 steps up +2x12 steps up), but you must use three flights of stairs to the Surrey Quays Road exit (3x12 steps up)

Canada Water entrance – There’s a lift between the bus station entrance and the booking hall (or three flights of stairs: 2x12 steps down +11 steps down), but you must use three flights of stairs from the Surrey Quays Road entrance (3x12 steps down). After that you can use another lift from the booking hall to the platforms. If you want to avoid this second lift then you can use one escalator down to the London Overground platforms, or two escalators down to the Jubilee line platforms
