After that you can use another lift from the booking hall to the bus station exit (or three flights of stairs: 11 steps up +2x12 steps up), but you must use three flights of stairs to the Surrey Quays Road exit (3x12 steps up)

After that you can use another lift from the booking hall to the platforms.
