Belsize Park entrance – You must use a lift and a flight of stairs between the entrance and the platforms (20 steps down), or 13 flights of stairs if you want to avoid the lift (19 steps down +9 steps down +8 steps down +9x17 steps down +20 steps down)

Changing trains at Euston – Changing between the Northern northbond platform and the Victoria northbound platform is on the level. Changing between the Northern southbound platform via London Bridge, and the Victoria southbound platform, is also on the level. But you must use stairs for all other changes

Changing trains at Bank – Changing between the Central and DLR platforms involves a lift plus escalator. Changing between the W&C line and any other platform involves a lift, an escalator plus a long travelator. You must use stairs when changing trains from the Northern line to any other platform

Poplar exit – There’s a lift between the platforms and the exit. If you want to avoid the lift then you can use three flights of stairs (2x16 steps down +8 steps down)
