Bayswater is not wheelchair accessible. New Cross has step-free access from the street to the platform (but there may be a step up or gap to the train)

Bayswater entrance – You must use two flights of stairs between the entrance and the platforms (5 steps down +25 steps down). There is no lift

Changing trains at Baker Street – Changing between the Bakerloo/​Jubilee line is on the level, but you must use two flights of stairs for eastbound changes on the Circle/​Metropolitan/​H&C line (8 steps down +21 steps down) or three flights of stairs for westbound changes on the Circle/​Metropolitan/​H&C line (8 steps down +2x10 steps down)

New Cross exit – There’s a level access ramp between the platforms and the exit
