Changing trains at Stratford – You must use an escalator when changing between the DLR and Jubilee lines, but you can use a lift for all other platform changes

Changing trains at West Ham – There’s are two lifts when changing between the DLR/​Jubilee/​H&C line platforms

Upton Park exit – You must use two flights of stairs between the platforms and the exit (16 steps up +15 steps up)
