All Saints is wheelchair accessible, and has step-free access from the street to the train. Shepherd’s Bush is not wheelchair accessible

All Saints entrance – There’s a lift between the entrance and the platforms. If you want to avoid the lift then you can use two flights of stairs (16 steps down +11 steps down)

Changing trains at Canary Wharf – You must use an escalator, a lift, and walk 200 metres outside to change between the DLR and Jubilee platforms

Changing trains at Bond Street – You can use a lift when changing between the Central and Jubilee line platforms
