Aldgate East station entrance – You must use four flights of stairs between the Whitechapel High Street and Commercial Street entrances and the platforms (2x13 steps +9 steps down +13 steps down), or five flights of stairs between the Leman Street entrance and the platforms (16 steps down +6 steps down +4 steps down +9 steps down +13 steps down)

Changing tube line at Liverpool Street – You can use a lift or escalator when changing between the Central line and National Rail platforms, or the Central line and the H&C eastbound platform. You can use a lift when changing between the H&C eastbound and National Rail platforms. But you must use stairs for all other platform changes

Bond Street station exit – There’s a lift between the platforms and the exit. If you want to avoid the lift then you can use two escalators from the Jubilee line platforms to the booking hall, or one escalator plus 21 steps from the Central line platforms. After that there are another three flights of stairs to the Oxford Street southside exit (5 steps up +20 steps up +5 steps up), or two flights to the Oxford Street northside/​Stratford Plaza exit (9 steps up +19 steps up), or one flight of 7 stairs plus an escalator to the Davies Street exit, or an escalator to the Gilbert Street exit
