Tim Burton's classic animated movie The Nightmare Before Christmas will be given the full concert treatment at Wembley Arena, with the movie being projected onto a big screen while the BBC Concert Orchestra plays along with a live soundtrack.
The much-loved family film tells the story of what happened when the the King of Halloween Town, Jack Skellington, stumbled into Christmas Land and decided to take over from Santa.
After ignoring the advice of his rag-doll admirer Sally, his earnest-but-misguided adventures soon lead to disaster and after upseting all the town's children he finds himself in trouble with the law.
With the original composer Danny Elfman
Along for the ride will be Danny Elfman, the film's original composer, and the man who provided the singing voice for the movie's main character, Jack Skellington.
"It's impossible to believe it's been thirty years since Tim Burton made our strange little musical," said Danny. "What a tremendous thrill it is to perform it live in concert again at London's OVO Arena."
