Marc Quinn: Light into Life at Kew Gardens

This event has already passed

Kew Gardens will be hosting a brand-new exhibition by contemporary artist Marc Quinn.

Building on his interest in nature and the human experience, and inspired by the plants in Kew's collection, Light Into Life will feature a selection of stunning outdoor sculptures and installations spread all across the gardens, alongside an exhibition of Marc's artworks inside the Shirley Sherwood Gallery of Botanical Art.

The twenty artworks on display were developed in collaboration with Kew's own scientists and horticulturists, and feature everything from portraits of palm leaves and large-scale sculptures of medicinal plants, to drawings on Sabal palms in Kew's 170-year-old Palm House.
