Stairs, lifts and escalators
Heron Quays is wheelchair accessible, and has step-free access from the street to the train. High Street Kensington is not wheelchair accessible
Heron Quays entrance – You must use an escalator plus a lift between the entrance and the platforms. Or you can use five flights of stairs instead (11 steps up +2x12 steps up +2x16 steps up)
Changing trains at Canary Wharf – You must use an escalator, a lift, and walk 200 metres outside to change between the DLR and Jubilee platforms
Changing trains at Westminster – There are two lifts when changing between the Circle/District and Jubilee eastbound line platforms (or two escalators and 2x14 stairs), or three lifts when changing between the Circle/District and Jubilee westbound line platforms (or three escalators and 2x14 stairs)
High Street Kensington exit – You must use two flights of stairs between the platforms and the exit (15 steps down +16 steps up)

Peak and off-peak times
For Oyster and contactless off-peak is outside the hours of 6.30 AM-9.30 AM and 4 PM-7 PM (Mon-Fri). For travelcards it’s any time after 9.30 AM (Mon-Fri). Weekends are always classed as off-peak.
The fare is based on what time your journey begins. It doesn’t matter when it ends.
