Gloucester Road entrance – You must use a lift plus two flights of stairs between the entrance and the Piccadilly line platforms (12 steps down +15 steps down), or three flights of stairs to the Circle/District line platforms (3x12 steps down to the Circle and District eastbound, or 17 steps down +12 steps down +11 steps down to the District westbound)
Changing trains at Westminster – There are two lifts when changing between the Circle/District and Jubilee eastbound line platforms (or two escalators and 2x14 stairs), or three lifts when changing between the Circle/District and Jubilee westbound line platforms (or three escalators and 2x14 stairs)
Changing trains at Canary Wharf – You must use an escalator, a lift, and walk 200 metres outside to change between the DLR and Jubilee platforms
Westferry exit – There’s a lift between the platforms and the exit. If you want to avoid the lift then you can use three flights of stairs (3x16 steps down to the westbound platform, or 2x16 steps down +14 steps down to the eastbound platform)

For Oyster and contactless off-peak is outside the hours of 6.30 AM-9.30 AM and 4 PM-7 PM (Mon-Fri). For travelcards it’s any time after 9.30 AM (Mon-Fri). Weekends are always classed as off-peak.
The fare is based on what time your journey begins. It doesn’t matter when it ends.
