Dollis Hill underground station is not wheelchair accessible

The Circle, District and Hammersmith & City lines at Hammersmith station are wheelchair accessible, and have step-free access from the street to the train. The Piccadilly line only has step-free access from the street to the platform, and there may be a step up or gap to the train

Dollis Hill station entrance – There’s a ramp from the Chapter Road entrance to the booking hall, but you must use two flights of stairs from the Burnley Road entrance (4 steps down +5 steps down). After that there’s another two flights of stairs to the platforms (12 steps up +13 steps up)

Changing tube line at Green Park – There are two lifts and a long walk when changing platforms. If you want a shorter walk then you can use two escalators instead of the lifts

Hammersmith station exit – The Circle/​H&C line platforms and the exits are all on the level, but you must use a lift (or 2x13 steps up) between the District/​Piccadilly line platforms and the Hammersmith Broadway southside, Queen Caroline Street eastside and Butterwick Bus & Coach Station exits. And you must use a lift (or 2x13 steps up) followed by four flights of stairs (20 steps up +8 steps down +2x13 steps down) between the District/​Piccadilly line platforms and the Hammersmith Bridge Road exit
