Cannon Street station entrance – The entrance on Dowgate Hill to the booking hall is on the level, but there’s a flight of stairs from the Cannon Street entrance (11 steps down). After that you can use a lift from the booking hall to the westbound platform (or two flights of 10 steps down), but you’ll have to use stairs to the eastbound platform (2x12 steps down)

Changing tube line at West Ham – There’s are two lifts when changing between the DLR/​Jubilee/​H&C line platforms

Changing tube line at Canning Town – You must use a lift when changing between the DLR/​Jubilee line platforms, apart from the Stratford, Beckton and Woolwich Arsenal branches of the DLR which have a lift plus escalator

Prince Regent station exit – There’s a lift (or 16 steps up +12 steps up) from the platforms to the booking hall. After that there’s another lift (or 3x16 steps down +7 steps down) to the Connaught Road exit, or a ramp plus a lift (or 12 steps down +2x13 steps down +12 steps down) to the Park & Ride exit

  1. From Prince Regent take the Docklands Light Railway
  2. Leave train at Tower Gateway and walk 3 mins to Tower Hill
  3. Change at Tower Hill to the Circle Line
  4. Leave the train at Cannon Street

For Oyster and contactless off-peak is outside the hours of 6.30 AM-9.30 AM and 4 PM-7 PM (Mon-Fri). For travelcards it’s any time after 9.30 AM (Mon-Fri). Weekends are always classed as off-peak. Note: Between the 8th March and 31st May 2024 TFL are running a trial called ‘Off-Peak Friday Fares’, where Fridays will be classed as off-peak all day.
