Aldgate East entrance – You must use four flights of stairs between the Whitechapel High Street and Commercial Street entrances and the platforms (2x13 steps +9 steps down +13 steps down), or five flights of stairs between the Leman Street entrance and the platforms (16 steps down +6 steps down +4 steps down +9 steps down +13 steps down)

Changing trains at Whitechapel – You can use escalators from the Elizbeth line, and lifts from all the other platforms

Changing trains at Shadwell – You must use stairs when changing between the DLR and London Overground platforms

Greenwich exit – There’s a lift between the platforms and the exit. If you want to avoid the lift then you can use three flights of stairs (14 stairs up +7 stairs up +10 stairs up)
