Changing tube line at Whitechapel – You can use escalators from the Elizbeth line, and lifts from all the other platforms

Bermondsey station exit – There’s a lift between the platforms and the exit. If you want to avoid the lift then you can use a flight of stairs and an escalator (12 stairs up)
