Usually every Mon, Wed, Fri and Sun, but the schedule is set one month in advance by the British Army and may change at short notice. The event is also heavily dependant on the weather (bearskins don't react well to the rain!) - 10.45 AM to 11.30 AM, but you should arrive as early as possible to get a good place (as early as 9.30 AM if you want the very best spots)
