Snow Patrol's headline show at The O2 will be in support of their first new music for six years - The Forest Is The Path.
Written by band members Gary Lightbody, Nathan Connolly and Johnny McDaid, the twelve new tunes on the album are rooted in reflection, introspection and interrogation.
Snow Patrol got together in 1994 but didn't hit their stride until the tail end of Britpop when they released their third album Final Straw, containing the big singles Chocolate, Spitting Games, How To Be Dead and Run.
Their follow-up album became the UK's biggest-selling record of the year and earned them global success with songs like Open Your Eyes, Hands Open, You're All I Have and Chasing Cars.
Their new album kicks off with the single The Beginning, and goes on to tackle the subjects of love from a distance, recognising mistakes that have been made, and correcting any pain that has been caused along the way.
