West India Quay is wheelchair accessible, and has step-free access from the street to the train. White City is not wheelchair accessible

Changing trains at Canary Wharf – You must use an escalator, a lift, and walk 200 metres outside to change between the DLR and Jubilee platforms

Changing trains at Bond Street – You can use a lift when changing between the Central and Jubilee line platforms

White City exit – You must use three flights of stairs between the platforms and the exit (2x11 steps up +5 steps down)
