West India Quay is wheelchair accessible, and has step-free access from the street to the train

Tooting Bec entrance – You must use two flights of stairs from the entrance to the booking hall (19 steps down +13 steps down from Trinity Road, and 20 steps down +12 steps down from Bec Road/​Balham High Road). After that there’s an escalator down to the platforms. If you want to avoid the escalator then you can use another four flights of stairs (4x16 steps down)

Changing trains at Bank – Changing between the Central and DLR platforms involves a lift plus escalator. Changing between the W&C line and any other platform involves a lift, an escalator plus a long travelator. You must use stairs when changing trains from the Northern line to any other platform

West India Quay exit – There’s a lift between the platforms and the exit. If you want to avoid the lift then you can use five flights of stairs (12 steps down +4x11 steps down)

Changing trains at London Bridge – You must use a lift plus escalator when changing between the Jubilee/​Northern line platforms via the Northern line ticket hall. You can avoid the escalator by using a lift and walking 410 metres outside in the street

Tooting Bec exit – There’s an escalator from the platforms to the booking hall. If you want to avoid the escalator then you can use four flights of stairs (4x16 steps up). After that you must use two flights of stairs to the exit (13 steps up +19 steps up to Trinity Road, or 12 steps up +20 steps up to Bec Road/​Balham High Road)
