Swiss Cottage is not wheelchair accessible. The Jubilee line at Westminster is wheelchair accessible, and has step-free access from the street to the train. The Circle and District line only have step-free access from the street to the platform, and there may be a step up or gap to the train
Swiss Cottage entrance – You must use one flight of stairs between the Belsize Road entrance and the booking hall (10 steps down), or two flights from the Avenue Road/Finchley Road entrance (2x11 steps down), or three flights from the Finchley Road westside entrance (2x9 steps down +10 steps down), or four flights from the Avenue Road eastside entrance (5 steps down +16 steps down +5 steps down +3 steps down), or four flights from the Eton Avenue entrance (2x13 steps down +9 steps down +3 steps down). After that there’s an escalator down to the platforms. If you want to avoid the escalator you can use another five flights of stairs (3 steps down +3x17 steps down +6 steps down)
Westminster exit – There’s a lift from the Circle/District line platforms to the booking hall (or 2x14 steps up), or a lift from the Jubilee eastbound platform (or two escalators), or two lifts from the Jubilee westbound platform (or three escalators).
