Notting Hill Gate is not wheelchair accessible. Royal Albert is wheelchair accessible, and has step-free access from the street to the train

Notting Hill Gate entrance – You must use two flights of stairs between the Notting Hill Gate southside entrance and the booking hall (17 steps down +9 steps down), or three flights from the northside entrance (18 steps down +11 steps down +4 steps up). After that you need to use another two flights of stairs to the Circle/​District line platforms (9 steps down +15 steps down), or two escalators to the Central westbound platform, or three escalators to the Central eastbound platform

Changing trains at Bond Street – You can use a lift when changing between the Central and Jubilee line platforms

Changing trains at Canning Town – You must use a lift when changing between the DLR/​Jubilee line platforms, apart from the Stratford, Beckton and Woolwich Arsenal branches of the DLR which have a lift plus escalator

Royal Albert exit – There’s a lift between the platforms and the exit. If you want to avoid the lift then you can use three flights of stairs (5 steps up + 2x16 steps up)
