Northfields is not wheelchair accessible. Royal Albert is wheelchair accessible, and has step-free access from the street to the train

Northfields entrance – You must use two flights of stairs between the entrance and the platforms (16 steps down +15 steps down)

Changing trains at Green Park – There are two lifts and a long walk when changing platforms. If you want a shorter walk then you can use two escalators instead of the lifts

Changing trains at Canning Town – You must use a lift when changing between the DLR/​Jubilee line platforms, apart from the Stratford, Beckton and Woolwich Arsenal branches of the DLR which have a lift plus escalator

Royal Albert exit – There’s a lift between the platforms and the exit. If you want to avoid the lift then you can use three flights of stairs (5 steps up + 2x16 steps up)

Cash, Contactless, Oyster & Travelcard fares

The journey is in zones 1-3. The cheapest fare is £3.10 off-peak (£3.80 peak) when you pay by Oyster or contactless. There are no return tickets, you just pay the same as two singles

The fare is based on what time your journey begins. It doesn’t matter when it ends.
