New Cross Gate has step-free access from the street to the platform (but there may be a step up or gap to the train). Pudding Mill Lane is wheelchair accessible, and has step-free access from the street to the train

New Cross Gate entrance – You must use three flights of stairs between the entrance and the platforms (2 steps up +11 steps down +16 steps down)

Changing trains at Stratford – You must use an escalator when changing between the DLR and Jubilee lines, but you can use a lift for all other platform changes

Pudding Mill Lane exit – There’s a lift between the DLR platforms and the exit. If you want to avoid the lift then you can use two flights of stairs (2x16 steps down)
