The 18th-century church stands opposite Somerset House and is known as the 'Jewel in the Strand'. It was once surrounded by traffic but the area has recently been pedestrianised and turned into a peaceful sanctuary of gardens, trees and pavement cafes.
Piccadilly Sinfonietta & Warren Mailley-Smith

Led by its founder Warren Mailley-Smith, the Piccadilly Sinfonietta has become a regular on the UK concert scene, performing in some of the country's most beautiful venues alongside leading virtuoso soloists.
Warren Mailley-Smith is best-known for his love of Chopin, and was the first British pianist to perform all 233 of his works entirely from memory. He has featured regularly on the BBC and Classic FM, and has even performed for the Royal Family.
